Specific program terms — duration, pricing, what's included — are described on the relevant offer page or in your enrollment email.Refunds: Coaching programs are non-refundable once your first programmed week has been delivered. If you're considering enrolling and have concerns about fit, email us before you pay — we'd rather you ask questions than feel stuck later.Your responsibility: Coaching only works if you do the work. We design the plan; you execute it. We can't guarantee results, especially if you don't follow the program or don't communicate honestly about how things feel.Termination: We reserve the right to end the coaching relationship if a client is abusive, dishonest, or repeatedly misses scheduled commitments without notice. In those cases, no refund is owed.
Intellectual propertyEverything on this site — copy, images, video, frameworks, and methodology — is owned by Pain Free Achilles, LLC. This includes named frameworks like The Comeback Ladder™ and any other proprietary systems we develop.You can read it, share links to it, and quote it for personal or non-commercial use with attribution. You cannot copy it, repackage it, or sell it. If you want to use our content for something more substantial, email and ask.
Account information and accuracyIf you sign up for anything — email list, $1 guide, coaching program — give us accurate information. If your contact info changes, update us.
